Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export-import operations and documentation for perishable goods.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain export/import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Shipping Bill, and other related documents.
• Handle RODTEP claims and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Process and monitor e-BRCs and coordinate with banks and DGFT-related requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely shipment execution and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and management.
• Maintain accurate records of export-import transactions and documentation.
• Resolve operational issues related to shipments, customs clearance, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, customers, CHA, shipping lines, and internal teams.
• Candidates should have practical knowledge of RODTEP, e-BRC, DGFT procedures, and export-import documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Industry: Export Import Industry (Perishable Goods)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• Language: English (Required)
• Work Location: In Office

CTC

₹3,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum
