- Recording Sales, Purchase Invoices, and Journal Entries in Tally.
- Posting Daily Customer Payment Entries in Tally.
- Performing Daily Bank Reconciliation.
- Following up on Outstanding Payments and Bills.
- Maintaining the Sales & Purchase Register of the warehouse.
- Recording Goods Stock Entries.
- Completing tasks assigned by the Senior Accountant and higher authorities.
- Handling GST, TDS, and TCS Calculations.
- Preparing and filing TDS, TCS, and GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), performing reconciliations, and maintaining all GST-related bills.
- Entering and managing GST E-Invoicing in Tally.
- Performing Banking Activities, including follow-ups and visiting banks for official work.
- Maintaining all Sales & Purchase Bills and related documentation (filing, checking, and scanning).
- Assisting in the Finalization of Accounts, including preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Stock Statement.
- Managing Loan-related Entries, offering advice, performing reconciliations, and maintaining records in Tally.
- Recording Foreign Buyer Transactions in Tally.
- Performing Local and Foreign Customer Ledger Scrutiny and Reconciliation.
Requirements
- Qualification Required: Any Graduate with Tally Knowledge
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Billing and Accounting
- Job Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Work Location: In Office
- Job Type: Full-time
